He has been mentored by and been a mentor to many of the great business leaders. In addition to his work in the private sector, for over five years, Jacob has been training exceptional talent to become coaches in a variety of fields, and his clients have successfully launched businesses of their own, serving clients deeply and generating over a half million dollars monthly for his clients. Jacob and his wife have four children. He is a former rabbi, avid gym and MMA enthusiast, and podcaster.
